The pastor said

If a prophet was to come to Denver or into our church and proclaim that “That unless we repent that God is going to destroy Denver (or the entire U.S.) in 40 days, then we would give serious consideration to what he proclaimed. And to look at what we need to repent of.
  Really?  Or is it more like Jer. 44:16 “As for the message that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, we are not going to listen to you”.
  In 1978 Keith Green had a song called “Asleep in the light”.  Here are some of the lyrics:

   In 1982 Francis Schaeffer called Christian churches to repent and predicted (Prophesied) that if they did not that all the things that we are seeing today would come happen.  We did not repent and here we are suffering the things that he said we would.
   1986 -Approximately 24 million babies sacrificed 1973.
   In 1986 the interposition of Christians at the doors of abortion clinics began and resulted in many thousands of babies being delivered from death and many people coming to Christ as they witnessed the Christians attempting to love their preborn neighbors as themselves.  The result included the arrest of thousands of Christians more than 3 times the number of those arrested during the civil rights movement. The message of Operation Rescue was and still is “Repent”.  One Pastor, participant said “Join us and the killing will stop”.
  While these efforts were being made to rescue our preborn neighbors Billy Graham told World magazine that the most critical issue facing our nation was the environment. The Bible contains more that 97 references to “Bloodguilt” or “Innocent Bloodshed” and Proverbs 24:10-12 tells us to deliver those who are ready to be slain, (speaking of human beings NOT trees).
  Somewhere in the 1990s the Alan Guttmacher institute reported that the percentage of evangelicals having abortions (murdering their offspring) was similar to the percentage of Evangelicals in the general populous (Evangelicals abort their babies at the same rate as unbelievers). 
   2001 – Approximately 42 million babies sacrificed since 1973 
 On September 11, 2001 the Trade Centers & the Pentagon were hit by highjacked jets.  More human beings in the U.S, were killed in abortion clinics that day than were killed in those attacks and the killing continued every business day thereafter.    Ken Ham later said to a group of Christians that it was irrational to think that God would not withdraw his protecting hand from the U.S. when we continue to murder our preborn children at the rate of approximately 4,000/day.  George Bush represented us well with his proud & self-righteous prayer & proclamation afterward in contrast to Daniel’s prayer in Chapter “9:….:8 Open shame belongs to us, Oh Lord, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against Thee. …:12…. for under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what was done to Jerusalem”- (NY city)

In 2020 a virus, that seems to have originated in a lab in China which was receiving financial support from the U.S, kills millions of U.S. citizens and harms millions.  Again, no visible repentance or consideration of how we may have offended our Creator.  Rather a proud and foolish response that has left more than 1 out of every 500 Americans dead and put us trillions of dollars more in debt as we continue to hand out money resulting in inflation; devaluing of the U.S. dollar and disincentives for people to return to work.
   Currently Christians seem to be as divided as ever as we allow CNN & Fox news to polarize us and get us to fight about whether to wear mask or not.  In the midst of a holocaust that has been going on for nearly 50 years we have Pastors drawing lines in the sand and telling the state that if they just cross this next line then we’re going to do something.  Most of these Pastors have less of an understanding of innocent bloodguilt than Pilate when he washed his hands of the blood of our Lord Jesus, and most would not even know what you are talking about if you mentioned the current holocaust.  When I directed a homeschool leader to Isaiah Chapter 1:15 “…Yes even though you multiply your prayers to me, I will not listen, your hands are covered with blood” his response was something like, there are other things that could hinder your prayers, like not living with your wife in an understanding way.
   We have shed the blood of nearly 20% of the population of the U.S. and it’s not improving.  Telemedicine is making it easier for women to obtain chemicals to kill their offspring in secret and harder for anyone to reach them to plead with them to do otherwise.  The number of evangelicals in Colorado is approximately 2.5 million and yet one is fortunate to find more than 5 at any of the mills where this human sacrifice is taking place.  Most of the mills do not have any evangelicals there pleading for the lives of their most helpless neighbors and yet the men’s breakfast and other get togethers are not lacking for attendees.  It is rare to see any Christian under the age of 30 out a clinic pleading for the lives of his or her neighbors and it is not because they are out sharing the Gospel with a lost & dyeing world either.  I am afraid that we have diminished Christianity down to a club where we get together to “Study the Bible and have fun”.
